acordo offers you the possibility to choose among any of the following delivery options.

Express delivery (by courier - INTERATTICA/DPD)

Your order will be sent by courier to the address indicated in your order form. Orders are usually delivered one working-day after the date the order is submitted, with the exception of certain distant regions of the country where delivery time may take up to 3 working-days. Courier delivery charges are as follows:

Collect your order at a shop in the town of Corfu

If you do not wish to be charged with delivery costs you can come and collect your order directly at «Fos tis Anatolis», Kapodistriou 8, Telephone: 26610 45259, Pano Platia (close to the Ionian Academy and hotel Cavallieri), after arrangements.

Return/Exchange Procedures

Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε την επιστροφή και αλλαγή των προϊόντων σε περίπτωση που εκτιμάται ότι παρουσιάσει κάποιο πρόβλημα στη μυρωδιά ή γεύση πέρα του επιπέδου γλυκύτητας, δεδομένου ότι όλα τα προϊόντα μας έχουν σχετικά χαμηλή περιεκτικότητα σε γλυκαντικές ουσίες , που είναι μόνο μέλι και βιολογική ζάχαρη ζαχαροκάλαμου. You may exercise your right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the voucher (receipt) of the item to be exchanged-returned (according to acordo’s policy, which fully complies with Greek and European legislation). Returns will only be accepted if the date indicated on the postmark or shipping slip falls within the above grace period. Our company reserves the right not to accept late returns.
